Operability concerns whether a system or process works effectively within its intended environment. Interoperability concerns whether different people, systems, disciplines, or agencies can work together effectively. The ICL Course addresses both.

Is this an online course or an agency workshop?

Both options are available. Individual learners can enroll in ICL courses, while agencies can request facilitated Primers, Core Workshops, or Implementation Sprints tailored to their own systems, partners, and priorities.

What does an agency receive from a workshop?

Deliverables depend on the selected format. They may include completed workbook activities, a current-state assessment, prioritized findings, an interoperability roadmap, a 30/60/90-day action plan, defined owners and dependencies, and a recommended accountability cadence.

Yes. MoonCo uses a discovery process to understand the agency's goals, systems, partners, constraints, and desired outcomes before recommending the scope.
